杂交狼尾草碱预处理研究

摘    要:采用不同碱对杂交狼尾草进行预处理,探讨碱预处理前后杂交狼尾草主要成分含量的变化。利用固态化学预处理方法,研究了氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙、氨水、尿素对杂交狼尾草的预处理。并采用范式纤维洗涤法对碱预处理后杂交狼尾草的纤维素、半纤维素、木质素含量进行了分析。结果表明,碱预处理后的酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、半纤维素含量明显比预处理之前的低。Na OH预处理,Na OH质量分数为8%时,木质素含量最低,为5.28%;Ca(OH)2预处理,Ca(OH)2质量分数为2%时,木质素含量最低,为5.69%;氨水预处理,氨水质量分数为8%时,可使木质素含量最低,为5.12%;尿素预处理,尿素质量分数为6%时木质素含量最低,为4.38%。显然,采用6%尿素处理得到的木质素含量较低。

Study on Different Alkali Pretreatment of Hybrid Pennisetum

Abstract:In order to investigate the changing of main components in Hybrid Pennisetum before and after the alkali pretreatment,different alkali of pretreatment of Hybrid Pennisetum were used. By the solid-state chemical pre treatment method,the pretreatment of Hybrid Pennisetum by sodium hydroxide,calcium hydroxide,ammonia and urea are studied. The contents of cellulose; hemicellulose and lignin were analyzed by Paradigm fiber washing method. The results showed that the contents of acid detergent fiber,neutral detergent fiber and hemicellulose decreased significantly after pretreatment. When the concentration of Na OH was 8%,the content oflignin was 5. 28%; When the concentration of Ca( OH)2was 2%,the content oflignin was 5. 68%; When the concentration of ammonia was 8%,the content oflignin was 5. 12%; When the concentration of urea was 6%,the content oflignin was 4. 38%,which was best in the four pretreatments.
