摘    要:提出采用传统电解加工和数控展成电解加工相结合的方式来加工径向整体叶轮的新方案,并以某型发动机上的 径向整体叶轮为例,介绍其具体加工方法。该方案既可简化阴极设计,又可提高加工效率。

Abstract:New scheme of manufacturing the radial integral impeller is discussed, and the concrete steps of manufacture are given. The scheme put the traditional electrochemical machining ( ECM) and electrochemical contour evolution machining ( ECCEM) together into the manufacture of radial integral impeller, which can not only increase the efficiency but also make the cathode design become simple.
