蓖麻油聚氨酯半互穿网络聚合物的合成与性能研究

摘    要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯分别与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和丙烯酸羟丙酯及蓖麻油作用合成了两种预聚体;然后再分别与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯及苯乙烯5种单体混合.在紫外光照射下形成半互穿网络聚合物样品。分析结果表明.第一种预聚体的系列样品拉伸强度高.伸长率低;而第二种预聚体的系列样品则伸长率较高.拉伸强度较低。另外,这两种预聚体和苯乙烯单体形成的样品综合性能都比其他样品要好。

Abstract:Two types of prepolymers of polyurethane , named as PU1 and PU2, were prepared respectively from the systems of toluene diisocyanate ( TDI) /hydroxypropyl methacrylate ( HPM A) /castor oil and TDI/hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) /castor oil. The PU1 and PU2 were mixed separately with the monomers of hydroxyethyl acrylate ( HEA) , HPA, HEMA, hydroxylpropyl methacrylate (HPMA) and styrene (St) . Then, the reactants were illuminated with ultraviolet light in the presence of benzoin methyl ether (BME) as photosensitizer to form the semi-IPN.
