摘    要:用粉末冶金法制备了Sm2(Co,Fe,Cu,Zr)17磁体,研究了工艺过程Sm的氧化对材料性能影响。微观分析表明,Sm的氧化主要以Sm2O3形成析出孔洞,破坏了材料的组织结构,从而影响材料的性能。

Abstract:Sm2(Co,Fe,Cu,Zr)17 magnet material was prepared by powder metallurgy process. The oxygenation of sduring the process and its influence on the microstructure and magnetic properties were investigated. The micro-analysis indicates that the oxygenation hole of Sm in the form of Sm2O3 destroys the microstructure of the material, as a result, degrades the magnetic properties.
