硅酸钠油包水乳状液的絮凝结构及流变特征

摘    要:以硅酸钠溶液、白油和乳化剂为实验材料,采用显微观测和流变测量的方法,研究了乳状液水油比变化对其微观结构及流变特征的影响。实验结果表明,当水油比增大到50:50时,乳状液中开始出现絮凝结构,粘度急剧增大,弹性效应开始出现并不断增强,乳状液由牛顿流体变成非牛顿流体。

Abstract:Taking sodium silicate solution,white oil and emulsifier as working material,the effect of the change of water-oil ratio on the mi-crostructure and rheological characteristic of the sodium silicate w/o emulsion are experimentally studied by micrography and rheometer. Flocculation structure can get into shape in the sodium silicate w/o emulsion only if the water-oil ratio of the emulsion is up to 50:50. So viscosity of the emulsion rapidly increases , and elastic effect begins and strengthens. The emulsion changes from Newtonian fluid into non-Newtonian fluid.
