摘    要:文中以竞争者市场分析、目标市场定位分析、新产品竞争力分析评价等方法支持产品规划过程决策,结合国内汽车行业的产销信息,开发了相关辅助分析工具,并进行了具体的案例应用。

Abstract:Market information can reflect the overall situation of the state-of-art of competition, and provide a more global aspect of VOC. This paper presents a systematic methodology, by means of competitors′ status analysis, market opportunities seeking, and quantitative guidelines for product assessment, to support the decision-making in new product development. A typical case study for a new vehicle program is used to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
