无铪定向凝固高温合金及其过载机械损伤

摘    要:介绍了目前在役发动机上使用最多的无铪定向凝固合金DZ4及其可铸性,讨论了定向凝固高温合金的过载损伤及其再结晶,较系统地分析了对材料持久性能,高温低循环疲劳断裂的影响,还介绍了发生过载损伤后高温低循环疲劳断口的特征。

Abstract:Non hafnium superalloy DZ4, which is widely applied in service aero engines in present, is introduced. Castability, overload damage and recrystallization are discussed and their effects on stress rupture behavior and high temperature low cycle fatigue fracture are analyzed. In addition the features of high temperature low cycle fatigue fracture surfaces are given.
