激光辐照对HgCdTe长波光导探测器性能的影响

摘    要:对HgCdTe长波光导探测器进行了变功率激光辐照,对激光辐照前后的探测器性能进行了测试。结果表明在受到功率高于暂时损伤阈值但低于永久损伤阈值的激光辐照后,探测器性能有较大的下降。

Abstract:The long-wave HgCdTe PC detectors were irradiated by laser beam.The power of the laser beam was changeable.We measured the performance of the detectors before and after the irradiation..It indicated that the performance of the detectors decreased after the laser irradiation.The power of the laser beam was below temporary damnify threshold and above the permanent damnify threshold.
