钢球机床工作噪声诊断与治理的研究

摘    要:本文在对滚动轴承钢球加工机床噪声分析诊断的基础上,对钢球机床冲击噪声的幅射机理进行了分析,并运用阻尼技术对钢球机床的高工作噪声进行治理.经试验研究和实际应用证明,机床工作噪声已下降11dB(A)之多.从而为这类载荷大、冲击大、高温高湿等工作环境恶劣的机床的噪声治理,开创了一个成功的先例.

Abstract:This paper, on the basis of the noise analysis and diagnosis for rolling bearing ball manufacture machine, analyzed radiant mechanism of shock noise and the damping technigue is used to treat the high working noise of the machine. By the confirmation of experiment research and practical application, the working noise of the machine has been reduced by 11dB(A). In this way, a sucess-ful instance is created about noise treatment for the machine operating in such a hard working environment as large load and shock, high temperature and dampness.
