轿车车身强度的有限元分析

摘    要:在现代轿车车身设计中,强度和刚度分析始终贯穿于车身结构设计的整个过程,对轿车车身的诸多方面都有很大的影响.对车身进行了强度分析,采取先对整车在特定的工况下进行多刚体动力学分析,然后把车身在动力学分析中受到的峰值载荷传递到车身有限元模型,从而显著地降低了有限元分析中的软硬件条件的要求,在保证精度的前提下提高了分析效率.

Abstract:Strength and rigidity analysis,which spans through the entire design life-cycle,impacts intensively on car body.In order to conduct the strength analysis on car body,the multi-body dynamical analysis is first completed upon entire structure under specific conditions.Then,relevant peak loading is adapted to finite element modeling for car body.This can significantly decrease demands on software and hardware for FEA.Finally,this approach has improved the analysis accuracy and efficiency.
