摘    要:分析了相量测量单元(PMU)的测量原理以及广域测量系统(WAMS)的构成,总结和预测了基于PMU的广域测量系统的应用,并比较了PMU/WAMS与传统的SCADA/EMS系统的不同点。预测了今后智能电网发展过程中广域测量技术的发展应用情况。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the measurement principle of Phase Measurement Unit (PMU)as well as the compositions of the wide area measurement system(WAMS), summarizes and predicts the PMU-based wide area measurement system applications, compares the PMU/WAMS to the traditional SCADA / EMS system and predicts the future development of the wide area measurement system in the development of the smart grid.
