福建电力系统"大机小网"安全稳定运行探讨

摘    要:详细分析了福建电力系统“大机小网”运行中存在的频率稳定,功角稳定,电压稳定,低频振荡及发电机失磁等问题,在大量计算及分析研究的基础上,福建电力系统配置了低周减载,低压减载,失步解列,水电厂低频自动启动,火电厂保厂用电及PSS装置等一系列安全措施,努力实现“大机小网”的安全稳定运行,同时对避免“大机小网”的再现提出了一些建设性意见。

Abstract:In this paper the main problems in Fujian power system, such as frequency stability, generator power angle stability, voltage stability, low frequency oscillation and loss of field, etc., under the condition of small sized power system containing large capacity generator are analyzed in detail. On the basis of a great quantity of calculation and analyses, a series of security measures, e.g., load shedding under low frequency, load shedding under low voltage, splitting of power system under failure of synchronism, self starting of hydropower station under low frequency, ensuring service power of thermal power plant and power system stabilizer, etc., are provided to implement the secure and stable operation of Fuijian power system. Some suggestions to avoid the occurrence of"small power system containing large capacity generator"are proposed.
