| 摘 要： | 介绍了14种常用涂料无气喷漆工艺参数以及国内外重要大公司生产的新型无气喷漆机的主要技术参数。讨论了富锌涂料专用喷漆机、热喷涂和双组分无气喷涂工艺的特点。总结了无气喷涂的方法和技巧。分析了无气喷涂涂层常见问题及喷涂操作常见故障。提出了解决的办法。

| Abstract: | Airless spraying process parameters of 14 kinds of common coatings and primary technology parameters of new airless spraying equipment manufactured by worldwide large companies were introduced. Characteristics of special spraying machine for zinc-rich coatings, and hot spraying and double component airless spraying technics were discussed. Methods and skills of airless spraying were summarized. Common troubles of airless spraying coating and common failures of spraying operation were analyzed and their solutions were presented. |
