SEBS流变性能的研究

摘    要:研究了加氢苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯(SEBS)的流变形为。结果表明:不同结构的SEBS的流变性能差别十分明显,线型结构的SEBS的加工性能优于星型结构的SEBS;SEBS的m(s)/m(B)值对材料的流动性能也有明显影响;在一定摩尔质量范围内,SEBS的流动性能与其摩尔质量的关系不大,而与其结构有关;温度对星型结构SEBS的粘度的影响比对线型SEBS更为明显。

Abstract:The rheological pr operty of SEBS was studied in the paper The results showed that the rheological propertise of SEBS with different struc tu re varied greatly,the processability of linear structure was better than that of star structure Also the S/B of SEBS ha d great effect on the flow property;with in a definite range of molecular weight, the rheological properties were effected gr eatly by the structure of SEBS,not the m olecular weight The effect of temperatu re on the viscosity of SEBS with star st ructure was more distinct than than that of linear structure
