翻译中文化意象探微

不同的民族在漫长的历史长河中逐渐沉淀出有别于其它文化的独特的文化传统、风土人情、宗教习俗和性格心理，从而形成该文化特有的文化意象。由于文化意象错位的客观存在，作者认为译者在翻译中传递文化意象时应遵循两个原则：一是应尽最大可能传达原文的文化意象：二是译者应相信读者的接受能力，不须越俎代庖，处处采用归化的译法，而应尽可能地异化，以达到保存原作文化意象的目的。

Cultural images in translation

In the long history of development,different nation forms different cultural tradition,customs,religion etc,which contribute to the formation of cultural image.Due to the existence of the dislocation of cultural image,two principle are suggested in this article to convey the cultural image contained in the original work faithfully,namely,the translator should exert his or her utmost to convey the cultural image;secondly,the translator should be fully confident about the acceptability of his target readers and doesn't need to domesticate every cultural image.The right thing he should do is foreignize the cultural image as much as possible so as to retain the cultural image in the original work.
