大洋锰结核深海开采扬矿技术

摘    要:介绍了国外大洋锰结核深海开采扬矿技术与关键设备的研究开发状况和我国扬矿技术研究现状。通过对各种扬矿方法优缺点的分析评价得出采用矿浆泵水力提升和气举泵提升进行深海开采扬矿的现实可行性, 认为矿浆泵提升最有可能成为商业开采的第一代扬矿方法。为了有效开采大洋锰结核, 应十分重视扬矿参数的基础研究和扬矿设备的研制。

Abstract:The development status of lifting technologies and some key equipment at home and abroad for mining deep-sea manganese nodules has been introduced, After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each of the lifting methods, it is considered that hydraulic lifting of solids by slurry pump or air lift pump for deep-sea mining will be of practical feasibility. The method of lifting by slurry pump will most likely be used in the commercial mining system as the first generation of deep-sea mining technique. It is also pointed out that more attention should be given to the basic research on the lifting parameters and the development of lifting equipment.
