| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the existing problems of current procurement operation mode of Hua Yi Group,and deeply discusses how to use innovative procurement model,how to reduce procurement costs and how to improve procurement comprehensive efficiency.It also proposes suggestions for the group in future on how to implement strategic procurement,how to achieve procurement management and control intensification,management standardization,supply chain management integration and other aspects. |
