| 摘 要： | 化工是国民经济的重要基础原材料行业,在新的发展时期,化工面临更加激烈的行业竞争、更为严峻的安全生产和节能减排压力。化工园区作为化工企业的集聚区,其规划建设水平对化工行业的可持续发展意义重大,提出新时期化工园区规划建设所应注意的主要问题。
