城区220kV输配电工程降噪方案的研究及应用

摘    要:越来越多220kV及以上电压等级变电站建于城区,噪声扰民问题也日益引起关注。以成都电网220kV金牛变电站为例,分析了架空电力线路噪声预估方法及主要降噪措施,提出了合理降低已投运220kV变电站噪声的具体方案并付诸实践。通过实测证明降噪方案合理可行,可在已建及新建输配电工程中推广。

Abstract:The substations with voltage 220 kV and over are increasing in urban. Noise problem attracts more and more attention by the residents. Take 220 kV Jinniu substation for example, noise prediction method and noise reducing measures of overhead lines are analyzed. A specific scheme to reasonably reduce noise of substation on operation is put forward and implemented. In addition, through measuring, the scheme of noise reduction is proved reasonable and feasible and can be promoted in old or new transmission and distribution engineering.
