裂化装置催化剂跑损分析

摘    要:针对裂化催化剂使用中磨损和热崩导致细粉增多、易跑损和剂耗高的现状,分析催化剂颗粒单体强度、黏结强度、球形度、表面粗糙度、原料油性能及操作条件对磨损和热崩的影响,探讨影响催化剂使用寿命因素的作用机理,提出减少跑损的相应措施。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems existed in the use process of FCC catalyst,such as catalyst loss and thermo-collapse which resulted in the powder increase,catalyst loss and high consumption of the catalyst,the effects of the catalyst physical properties such as the particle intensity,bonding strength,sphericity and surface roughness of catalyst,the properties of the raw material oils and the operating condition on the catalyst loss and thermo-collapse were analysed.The mechanism of influencing factors of the catalyst service life was discussed.The corresponding measures to reduce catalyst loss were put forward.
