FCC汽油脱砷技术应用

摘    要:中国石油青海油田分公司格尔木炼油厂为降低FCC汽油中的硫和烯烃含量和减少辛烷值损失,引进了选择性加氢脱硫工艺,该工艺要求原料中的砷含量不大于20 μg·L-1。为降低FCC汽油中的砷含量,优选了TAS-15型脱砷剂,该脱砷剂已连续使用3年,脱砷效果良好,满足后工序加工过程要求,具有操作简单和使用寿命长等特点,且对汽油其他性能影响不大。

Abstract:In order to decrease the contents of sulfur and olefin,and the octane number loss of FCC gasoline,selective hydrodesulphurization unit developed by CDTECH Company was introduced into Qinghai Golmud Refiney of PetroChina Qinghai Oil Field Company.The unit had a strict limit of arsenic content,which should be less than 20 μg·L-1.TAS-15 arsenic removal catalyst produced by Northwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry was selected to meet the specification of feedstock.The catalyst had been used for three years and still possessed good effect of arsenic removal.The catalyst had the advantages,such as low operation cost,long service life,and no other effects on the performance of the feedstock.
