摘    要:用浸渍法制备了SiO2负载的Ni-Ru双金属催化剂,采用XRD和H2-TPR对催化剂进行表征,并考察催化剂催化间苯二甲腈加氢制备间苯二甲胺的性能以及温度、压力、溶剂和催化剂用量对反应的影响。结果表明,Ru的加入可以降低Ni的还原温度,提高Ni在SiO2上的分散度。活性评价结果表明,无需加入任何碱性抑制剂,以甲醇甲苯为混合溶剂,在140 ℃和4.0 MPa反应5 h,间苯二甲胺收率达95.18%。

Abstract:Ni-Ru bimetallic catalysts supported on silica were prepared by conventional impregnation method,and characterized by XRD and H2-TPR.The catalytic performance of the catalysts for the hydrogenation of isophthalonitrile to m-xylylenediamine,and the effect of reaction temperature,reaction pressure,solvents and the dosage of Ni-Ru bimetallic catalyst were investigated.The characterization results indicated that the addition of Ru was favor to the reduction of nickel oxide at low temperature and improvement of the dispersion of nickel on the support silica.The evaluation results showed that m-xylylenediamine yield of 95.18% was attained without any inhibitors under the condition of 140 ℃,4.0 MPa and reaction for 5 h in the mixture solvent of methanol and toluene.
