摘    要:通过对催化剂制备过程和制备条件的考察,制备出高活性W-Mo-Ni 活性金属体系的FTX体相柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂,采用BET、XRD、SEM和TEM等方法对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,FTX催化剂具有适宜的比表面积和孔容,活性金属组分负载量高,分散均匀,活性中心数量高。在200 mL小型加氢装置上评价结果表明,该催化剂具有良好的深度加氢脱硫性能,可生产满足欧Ⅴ排放标准的清洁柴油,尤其用于加工处理劣质柴油时表现出优异的加氢活性,应用范围广,已成功应用在中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司全馏分加氢处理装置上。

Abstract:FTX ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization bulk catalyst with high activity W-Mo-Ni metal system was prepared by investigating the process and condition of catalyst preparation. The as-prepared catalyst was characterized by BET,XRD, SEM and TEM techniques. The results showed that FTX catalyst with high loadings and uniform dispersion of active metals possessed suitable specific surface area and pore volume, which led to considerable active sites. The evaluation results illustrated that FTX catalyst exhibited excellent the ultra-deep HDS activity in 200 mL hydrogenation unit, and could produce clean diesel oil which met European V standard. FTX catalyst possessed good hydrogenation activity especially while treating poor diesel, and had wide range of application.
