摘    要:研究了维生素B1催化下,以无水乙醇为溶剂,1,8-二氨基萘与环己酮反应合成2-环己基-2,3-二氢-1H伯啶的反应。考察催化剂用量、反应物物质的量比、反应温度和反应时间对产品收率的影响。结果表明,电磁搅拌下,在1,8-二氨基萘用量0.1 mol、环己酮用量0.11 mol、催化剂维生素B1用量为反应物总质量的1.5%、反应温度35 ℃和反应时间30 min条件下,最佳产品收率可达93.2%。维生素B1对该反应具有良好的催化作用,是合成2-环己基-2,3-二氢-1H伯啶的良好催化剂,产品经熔点和红外光谱进行表征。

Abstract:2-Cyclohexyl-2,3-dihydro-lH-perimidine was synthesized from 1,8-naphthalenediamin and cyclohexanone using vitamin B1 as the catalysts and ethanol as the solvent. Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, dosage of the catalyst and mole ratio of reactants on the yield of 2-eyclohexyl -2,3-dihydro- 1H-perimidine were investigated. The optimal condition was obtained as follows: electromagnetic stirring, n(1,8-naphthalenediamin) =0. 1 mol, vitamin B1 dosage 1.5% of total mass of the reactants, cyclohex- anone/1,8-naphthalenediamin molar ratio = 1. 1 : 1, reaction temperature 35 ℃, reaction for 30 min. 2-cyclohexyl-2,3-dihydro-lH-perimidine yield of 93.2% was obtained under the optimal condition. The experiment results showed that vitamin B1 exhibited good catalytic activity for the reaction. The product was characterized by melting point and IR.
