摘    要:采用变压吸附法进行H2-CO气体混合物的分离研究。在四塔变压吸附装置上进行了变压吸附过程试验。在吸附试验过程中应用PLC对全过程进行设计和控制;在不同的原料气进气压力、产品气流量,以及循环再生时间条件下,分别测定了变压吸附性能参数;考察了这些参数对吸附分离过程的影响。

Abstract:The separation of H_2-CO gas mixture by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process was studied. The experiment of PSA process was carried out on four columns. The system is designed and controlled by PLC on the pressure swing adsorption processes. The dynamic adsorptive parameters were determined at various feed gas pressure, velocity and desorptive time. The effects of operational conditions on separation were also studied.
