摘    要:以银川供电局某35 kV变电站采用的某型号永磁真空断路器为例,结合现场工程实际应用,深刻分析了该型号断路器在设计原理上的致命缺陷,并提出了相应的改进方案,设计了改进后的永磁真空断路器二次电气原理图,现场传动试验验证了改进方案的正确性和可行性。并指出了永磁真空断路器在变电站使用中应注意的问题。

Abstract:Taking a certain type of permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker that was used in a 35 kV substation of Yinchuan Power Supply Bureau as an example and combining with onsite project, this paper deeply analyzed some fatal defects of this type of permanent magnetic vacuum breaker on design principle, and proposed corresponding improvement program and designed the secondary electric schematic of improved permanent magnetic vacuum breaker. The field driving test proved the rightness and feasibility of the improvement program. This paper also pointed out some attentions for the use of permanent magnetic vacuum breaker in substation.
