| 摘 要： | 接地线操作杆是基本安全工具,常用于装（或拆）高压电气设备上的接地线.常用的操作杆始终不能杜绝“带电挂接地线”的恶性误操作事故,长期危及着电力系统、设备和人身的安全.预警型接地线操作杆,具有“带电挂接地线”事故预警功能,能够在事故前提前发出“有电危险”语音和灯光警报,预防和杜绝“带电挂接地线”事故.

| Abstract: | Ground lead operating arm is the basic security tool, using for installation （or dismantlement） of grounding line in the high-voltage electrical equipments. Common operating arms couldn＇t avoid ＂charged ground lead＂ malignant real-operation, endangering electric system, equipments and personal safety. Pre- warning ground lead operating arm with ＂charged ground lead＂ accident pre-warning can send out voice of ＂electric danger＂ and light alarm before accidents, avoiding ＂charged ground lead＂ accidents. |
