摘    要:以叔丁醇锂和乙醇铌为原料,用Sol-gel法制备的LiNbO3经烘干、热处理后得到LiNbO3粉末,通过对LiNbO3粉末进行IR和XRD表征,结果表明:当热处理温度达500℃时,LiNbO3结晶基本完全,热处理温度达700℃时,结晶完全。

Abstract:LiNbO_3 powders were prepared by sol-gel process using lithium tert-butoxide LiOC(CH_3)_3 as lithium source in place of lithium ethoxide LiOEt which is extremely moisture sensitive. The IR spectra and XRD patterns indicated that LiNbO_3 crystal was basically formed at 500℃ and completely crystallized at 700℃.
