基于程序长度补偿的电火花铣削工艺

摘    要:介绍了电火花铣削工艺技术的发展,对分层补偿策略进行了阐述。采用数控程序长度补偿方法对电火花铣削过程中电极长度损耗进行了补偿,详细介绍了数控程序长度补偿的实现方法。通过电火花铣削实验,证明了采用数控程序长度补偿方法满足电火花铣削工艺要求。

Abstract:In this paper,developing direction of EDM-milling technics was introduced,and EDM-milling based on levels was explained.Electrode length lose during EDM-milling was compensated by NC program and methods to realize length compensation through NC program was described in details.EDM-milling experiments show that length compensation through NC program meet EDM-milling demand.
