| 摘 要： | 讨论了基于DELTA TAU公司的ADV400数控系统实现双主轴龙门钻床的改造。阐述了钻床数控化改造的方案、龙门钻床的机械结构和数控系统电气接口。经改造后的龙门钻床恢复了使用性能,自动化水平和加工精度得到了提高,经过一段时间的使用检验,达到了改造的要求。

| Abstract: | Discussed on ADV400 NC system produced by DELTA TAU company in double spindle gantry drilling remaking.Expounded the drilling numerical control remaking scheme,gantry drilling the mechanical structure and CNC system electrical interfaces.After modification of gantry drilling machine,the using performance was restored,and the automation level and machining precision were improved.After a period of using inspection,it achieved the innovation requirements. |
