摘    要:以吡啶为原料,经过氧化氢-醋酸氧化,硫酸置换,再用硝酸钾/浓硫酸硝化得到关键中间体对硝基吡啶-N-氧化物,再用乙酰氯作为氯化试剂氯化得到对氯吡啶-N-氧化物,最后经铁粉还原得到对氯吡啶,产物含量97.6%,总收率47.1%。

Abstract:A practical synthesis of p - chloropyridine was accomplished via the use of the critical intermediate p - nitropyridine - N - oxide after chlorination with acetyl chloride and then hydrogenation with Fe/AcOH, which can be obtained starting with pyridine after oxidation with peroxide -acetic acid, replacing with H2SO4 and then nitrating with KNO3/H2SO4 (98%). The overall yield was 47.1% with the purity of 97.6%.
