| 摘 要： | 随着新型城镇化的快速推进，到2020年重庆市将达到70%的城镇化率，800万的农业转移人口涌入城市，城镇保障性住房增长速度将无法满足其住房需求。对新型城镇化背景下重庆市保障性住房的现状和问题进行分析，从而提出完善保障性住房管理的建议。

| Abstract: | During the process of new urbanization, the rate of urbanization in Chongqing will increase to 70% in 2020, which means eight million agricultural people will move into cities. However, the growth ratio of low-cost housing cannot meet their housing needs. We analyzed the current situation and problems of low-cost housing in Chongqing under the new urbanization background, and proposed suggestions for perfecting the low-income housing management. |
