| 摘 要： | 承德市具有丰富的水能资源,同时具有得天独厚的自然、历史文化以及作为京、津后花园的战略位置,成为经济快速增长的地区,其水能资源开发利用对经济、政治、生态和社会的影响意义重大。本文针对承德开发利用水能资源比较慢的现状,分析了制约发展的因素,提出了促进可持续发展的相关措施。

| Abstract: | Chengde city is rich in water energy resources, and provided with advantaged natural and historic culture. As the rear garden of Beijing and Tianjin metropolis, it is a region with a rapid economic growth, so the water energy resources development significantly affects economy, politics, ecology and society. The paper based on the comparatively slow status of water energy resources development in Chengde, analyzes the restrictions and puts forward the measures concerned to promote the sustainable development. |
