烷基糖苷的合成及性能研究

摘    要:研究了烷基葡萄糖苷 ( APG)合成的新工艺及其物化性能 ;在蒸馏除醇过程中体系的残压从文献[1 ,2 ] 中的0 .1 33 k Pa以下提高到 2 .0 k Pa以上。同时葡萄糖的残存率从文献中的 9.76%降至 0 .2 5%以下。本工艺中只用过氧化氢做为漂白剂即可获得色泽良好且稳定的产品。所得产品在化妆品和餐洗等应用中展示出一系列优良性能。

Abstract:A novel technology for preparing the alkyl polyglucoside(APG), as well as physical and chemical properties of APG are described.The residual pressure in the process of distillation may be increased from less than 0.133kPa in the literature to above 2.0kPa ,while the residue rate of glucose is decreased from 9.76% in literature to less than 0.25%.The product with good and stable color can be obtained merely by employing hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2)as bleaching agent,and it exhibits a series of good performance in the application to cosmetic and dishwashing.
