柑橘香精乙酸辛酯的催化合成

摘    要:以乙酐和辛醇为原料,Ti(SO4)2/SiO2为催化剂,合成乙酸辛酯.探讨了催化剂用量、酐醇摩尔比以及反应时间等对收率的影响.结果表明:Ti(SO4)2/SiO2对乙酸辛酯的合成具有良好的催化活性,在适宜的条件下其收率可达94.5%.

Abstract:Octylacetate was syntyesized from acetic anhydride and n-octyl alcohol using Ti(SO4)2/Sio2 as catalyst.The influence factors such as amount of catalyst, molar ratio of acetic anhydride to n-octyl alcohol, and reaction time on the yield of octylacetate were discussed. The results showed that Ti(SO4)2/Sio2 was a good catalyst for synthesizing octylacetate and its yield can reach over 94.5%.
