基于UG NX 4.0整体叶轮的五轴数控加工仿真

摘    要:整体叶轮作为发动机的关键部件,对发动机的性能影响很大,它的加工成为提高发动机性能的一个关键环节。但是由于整体叶轮结构的复杂性,其数控加工技术一直是制造行业的难点。以典型的CAD/CAM软件——UGNX,合理安排加工工艺,使用UGNX4.0软件进行了加工轨迹生成和仿真验证。证明该整体叶轮数控加工方案及程序的可行性。

Abstract:The whole impeller is a key part of an engine,which affect greatly on the performance of engine.So the manufacturing technology for impeller has deep influence on improving the performance of engine.Due to its complex structure,how to machine it effectively and accurately has been a challenge in CNC machining.In this paper,based on CAD/CAM software,Unigraphics NX,a reasonable processing planning was made and tool-path planning was generated and simulation was implemented.The simulation shows that the process plan and NC codes is feasible.
