摘    要:分析了非金属夹杂物对30MnSi钢延迟断裂的影响,重点介绍了影响唐钢第二钢轧厂30MnSi钢延迟断裂的几种典型非金属夹杂物,提出并实施了一系列的工艺优化措施,延迟断裂现象基本消除,用户使用良好。

Abstract:It is analyzed the influence of non-metal inclusion on delayed fracture of 30MnSi steel,and as emphasis introduced several typical non-metal inclusions to apply the influence,proposed and conducted a series of technological measures.The delayed fracture is basically eliminated.
