摘    要:利用固相萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用技术(SPE-GC/MS)分析火场中残留的汽油目标化合物受灭火用水冲洗/浸泡影响后的变化规律及保留特点,从而在火场残留物中汽油成分不完全检出的情况下判定汽油是否存在。采用固相萃取富集吸附,正己烷洗脱方法提取目标成分,经GC-MS分析目标化合物种类及特点。实验结果表明,较其他14种受水影响的化合物,烷基萘类经水冲洗/浸泡后损失最为显著,其次是茚满类;而苯系物受水洗影响较小,且保留了一定的相关关系。水损条件下目标化合物保留了含量分布的相似性,根据含量分布及受水影响的差异可以得出化合物损失规律。

Abstract:The water-losing characters of gasoline target compounds under water washing and immersing conditions were studied by SPE-GC/MS,so as to decide the possibility of the presence of gasoline in the case of lack of sufficient detection information.Gasoline target compounds are extracted and concentrated by solid phase extraction(SPE) method and hexane elution,and then detected by GC/MS.The results showed that alkyl naphthalenes and indane are the firstly and secondly most affected compositions by comparison with others,while the alkyl benzenes are the least.The relevance of content distribution of different compounds is basically similar to those in matrix.The remaining and transforming characters demonstrate a law of compounds losing.
