摘    要:碳纤维连续抽油杆与普通抽油杆相比具有质量轻、弹性好、抗腐蚀、耐疲劳等优点。纯梁油田针对有杆泵采油井动液面深以及传统有杆泵采油工艺的不足(如泵挂浅、泵效低等),提出应用碳纤维连续抽油杆来加深泵挂,达到提高泵效、降低能耗的目的。该油田10口油井应用了碳纤维连续抽油杆,其中6口老井的应用情况表明,泵挂得到了加深,抽油机悬点载荷平均下降47.5%。电机电流平均减少34%,累计增油6324t。

Abstract:Compared with normal rods, the carbon fibre coiled rod behaves much more advantages, such as lighter weight, better elasticity, resisting corrosion, higher fatigue limit, etc. The dynamic fluid level is deep while using rod pumps, and traditional rod pump production techniques behave such shortcomings as shallow pump setting depth and low pump efficiency in the Chunliang Oilfield. Therefore, the paper presents an solution that employ carbon fibre coiled rod to deepen pump setting depth so that improving pump efficiency and reducing power consumption. This kind of rods are used in 10 wells in the oilfield, applications to six of them show that their pump setting depth are deepened, average 47. 5% of pumping unit loads are reduced, 34% of e-lectrical currents are cut, production is enhanced up to 6324t. In one word, the pump efficiency is improved and the power is reduced.
