摘    要:同一矿体中同种矿物的浮游性常有差别,以3种不同的颜色的锂辉石和两种霓石为例,分别以油酸钠和十二胺作捕收剂研究了同种矿物的浮游性差异及产生的原因。通过矿物晶体化学分析,研究了矿物晶体结构,表面特性和浮游性之间的内在联系,研究表明,矿物表面少量金融元素对其浮游性有显著影响,少量金属元素在矿物晶体结构中所占据的位置有时比其含量更为重要。

Abstract:There usually exists a difference in floatability even for the same mineral from the same ore body. Three spodumene samples with different colors and two aegirine samples were taken from the same ore body to be tested. Sodium oleate and dodecyl amine were used as collectors to examine the floatability difference among the samples and to study the reasons behind. The principle of mineral crystallochemistry was adopted to explain certain co relationships among mineral crystal structure, surface property and floatability were identified. The result shows that the floatability of the tested minerals is remarkably affected by the spot of metallic elements on the surface, and the distribution of the spot metallic elements in crystal structure is more important than their chemical contents in terms of their influence on floatability.
