电弧炉炼钢流程的能量状况

摘    要:阐述了电弧炉炼钢的基本功能以及提高能量转换的3个工程问题--增加能量供应、增加输入功率、提高能量的利用效率,详细论述了现今电弧炉炼钢在整个钢铁制造流程中衔接上下工序匹配的重要作用.根据2003和2004年国内4个大型电弧炉炼钢流程的生产实绩说明我国大型电弧炉炼钢生产率已接近国际先进水平,其生产速率已达到国际领先水平,电能消耗已降到200~400 kW·h/t的国际先进水平,但实际能量-物质转化效率的水平仍然不高,电弧炉炼钢节能工作仍有待进一步提高.

Abstract:The basic functions of EAF steelmaking and three engineering problems for improving the efficiency of energy transfer including increasing energy supply and power input,improving the efficiency of energy utilization are expatiated.The functions of EAF steelmaking in coordination of all steps in whole steel product manufacture process are discussed.Based on the performance of four domestic large-scale EAF steelmakers in the years of 2003 and 2004,it can be concluded that the productivity and power consumption of them have reached international advanced level.But the efficiency of energy and mass transfer is still low and energy saving should be improved in the future.
