摘    要:同心列管式静态混合器利用管道边壁的边界层作用,强化形成准均匀各向同性涡旋,实现快速混合作用.试验结果表明,同心列管间距为100 mm、列管段数为3、列管段间设置导流锥的同心列管式混合器的混合效果最优.与普通孔板式混合器相比,在相同操作条件下可以节省15.8%的絮凝剂用量,同时使絮体的分形维数和粒径分别提高了11.8%和52.6%,使沉后水浊度降低了2 NTU左右.

Abstract:For the static tubular mixer with concentric tube-arrays,semi-uniform and isotropy turbulent flow takes place because of the effect of boundary layer in the arrayed tube,which can achieve rapid mixing.The mixing effect is optimal when the space between concentric tube-arrays is 100 mm,the number of tube-array units is 3,and the cone-shaped baffle-boards are set between tube-array units.Under the same operation conditions,compared with the orifice plate mixer,the static tubular mixer with concentric tube-arr...
