摘    要: Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2合金具有良好的非晶形成能力。研究了Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2母合金棒堆焊层的组织和性能。结果表明:在非晶纳米晶基体上分布着α Fe固熔体以及析出的Fe3P、Fe2B、Fe3B、Fe3C相,堆焊层具有很高的硬度。

Abstract:Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2 alloy has a high glass forming ability. A surface welding experiment was conducted with a prealloy rod and structure and properties of the layer were studied. The results show that α Fe solid solution is distributed in nanocrystalline and amorphous matrix and Fe3P, Fe2B, Fe3B, and Fe3C are precipitated and hence the overlay welding layer has a high hardness.
