金属屋面与玻璃采光顶防排水技术的工程应用

摘    要:金属屋面、玻璃采光顶汇水面积大,而且金属屋面及支承结构在温差影响下易产生变形、玻璃采光顸接缝等在外力作用下易产生变位,如果对此考虑不周或密封胶选用不当、接缝宽度与深度设定不合理,屋面都易出现渗漏。泉州市行政管理服务中心金属屋面、采光顶通过合理的结构、构造设计,有效地防水、排水,以及选择合适的密封胶密封接缝,从而根治了渗漏。

Engineering Application of Waterproof and Drainage Technology for Metal Roof and Glass Skylight

Abstract:There are large catchment area with metal roof and glass skylight, and the metal roof along with its supporting structures will easily get deformed due to temperature difference and deflections will likely happen to the joints of glass skylight under external forces. The roof and skylight may have leakage if above issues are not considered carefully, improper sealant and unreasonable width and depth of joints also could contribute to the potential leakages. The metal roof and glass skylight of Quanzhou Public Administrative Service Center project avoided such leakages completely by proper strueture designing, effective waterproofing and draining system, applying proper sealant for roof joints.
