无溶剂型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的研制

摘    要:制备了无溶剂型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,探讨了预聚体中—NCO/—OH比值、三元聚醚/二元聚醚比值、潜固化剂/游离—NCO摩尔比以及粉料添加量对涂料黏度和性能的影响。结果表明:当预聚体中—NCO/—OH比值为2.4、三元聚醚/二元聚醚比值为0.3、潜固化剂/游离—NCO摩尔比为0.9、粉料添加量为30%时,制得的无溶剂型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料综合性能最佳,满足相关标准的要求。

Abstract:Solvent free single component polyurethane waterproofing coating was prepared. This article discussed influences of the ratio of--NCO to --OH, three functionality polyether to two functionality polyether, latent curing agent to free --NCO and dosage of powder materials on viscosity and properties of the coating. The results showed that when the ratio of --NCO to --OH was 2.4, the ratio of three functionality polyether to two functionality polyether was 0.3, the ratio of latent curing agent to free --NCO was 0.9 and the dosage of powder materials was 30%, the composite properties of solvent free single component polyurethane waterproofing coating was the best and met the requirements of related standards.
