国内第一套氢氧化镁做脱硫剂烟气脱硫塔腐蚀原因分析及采取对策之我见

某石化公司催化装置烟气脱硫塔系国内首套采用氢氧化镁做脱硫剂(中和剂)的烟气脱硫装置,使用不到一年,塔体发生腐蚀泄漏,遂从设备及工艺角度进行了腐蚀原因分析并采取了应急性补救防腐措施,同时,在深入剖析腐蚀发生的根本原因基础上,提出了新制脱硫塔以及在役使用已收到腐蚀侵害的烟气脱硫塔解决和抑制塔体腐蚀,以期提高烟气脱硫塔安全运行使用风险的具体防腐措施。

The flue gas desulfurization tower of FCC is the first domestic set by magnesium hydroxide desulfurizer .Using less than a year, the tower shell initiate corrosion and leakage,Then we analyse the renson of corrosion from equipment and process and take emergency anti-corrosion .In the meantime, we anatomize the root cause of corrosion and propose the anti-corrosion measurement to solve and control the corrosion of gas desulfurization tower include nes builds or used, in order to improve the device safe.
