有机硅改性聚氨酯胶粘剂研究进展

摘    要:综述了小分子硅烷偶联剂和硅氧烷低聚物对聚氨酯胶粘剂的改性方法及研究进展,对比了不同有机硅对聚氨酯胶粘剂改性的优缺点及固化特性.指出:有机硅改性聚氨酯胶粘剂可以兼得聚氨酯胶粘剂和有机硅产品二者的优势,具有耐水、耐候,粘结性能优异,不合游离NCO基团等优点.

Development of Silicone Modified Polyurethane Adhesive

Abstract:This paper reviews modification methods and development process of sihcone coupling agent and siloxane oligomerization modified polyurethane adhesive. The advantages and disadvantages of the modified polyurethane adhesive with different silicone and their curing properties are contrasted. It points out that silicone modified polyurethane adhesive combines the advantages of polyurethane and silicone. It features waterproof and weather-resistance, has excellent adhesive strength and doesn't contain free --NCO.
