摘 要: | 上海仁恒森兰雅苑项目地下二层结构采用混凝土自防水方案,外设复合聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材。该卷材与结构层粘结良好、防水抗渗、环保,且可在潮湿基面施工。本文述及该工程防水系统的构成,卷材在高温、高湿环境下的施工要点。

Abstract: | The second floor underground of Shanghai Yanlord Sunland Garden adopted concrete structure self-waterproofing and covered by polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproofing membrane. This membrane has good adhesion with the structural layer, water impermeability and environment protection, moreover, it can be applied on damp substrates. This paper introduces the constitution of waterproofing system in this project and some key points for applying this membrane under high temperature and high humidity conditions. |
