纳米碳酸钙对硅酮密封胶性能的影响

摘    要:通过实验测试了纳米碳酸钙的不同填充值、表面处理剂、吸油值和水分对生产硅酮胶成品的影响,结合数据进行了具体分析,表明纳米碳酸钙作为高档填料和流变助剂,应用于密封胶和粘合剂具有良好的触变性、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。

Abstract:Experiments are carried out to test the influence of different filling value, surface treating agent, oil absorption value and moisture of nano calcium carbonate on the manufacturing of silicone sealant. Through analysis of the experiments and relevant data, the article indicates the nano calcium carbonate, as a kind of high-end filler and rheological agent, has good thixotropy, excellent tensile strength and elongation at break in the manufacturing of sealant and binder.
