苯和乙烯液相法生产乙苯技术

摘    要:介绍了苯和乙烯液相循环烷基化工艺在苯乙烯装置上的工业应用情况,该工艺流程设计合理,装置运行平稳,操作方便,无需三废处理,是环境友好工艺。烷基化反应的乙烯转化率达100%,乙苯选择性平均在86.5%以上:烷基转移反应二乙苯转化率平均在80%以上,多乙苯转化率平均在80%以上;乙苯产品纯度在99.6%以上。烷基化催化剂具有良好的活性和稳定性,可在同类装置新建或扩能改造中推广应用。

Abstract:This paper introduced industrial application of circulation process for liquid phase alkylation of benzene and ethylene in styrene plant. The design of the process is reasonable, the unit runs smoothly and operates conveniently. The process is environmental benign and no waste to be treated. The ethylene conversion of alkylation is 100% and the selectivity of ethyl benzene is more than 86.5%; the diethylbenzene conversion of the transalkylation is over 80% and the multi-ethylbenzene conversion is more than 80%; the purity of ethyl benzene is more than 99.6%. The alkylation catalyst has superior activity and stability; it can be widely used in similar new-built units or revamping for capacity expansion of old units.
